I’m a published author five times over of sober books, so this is my area of specialist expertise. Not only that, but I successfully quit drinking alcohol back in 2011 and will share with you all the tools I've used over the years to help me stay firmly (and happily) on the alcohol-free path. I have been a busy life and sober coach for years, plus I’m the founder of the Soberistas website, now home to over 70,000 sober warriors.
