Introducing the A* Sober Programme, an online course that teaches you the crucial foundations of a happy and easy alcohol-free life. Where you will learn how to think differently, feel differently and act differently in order to make not drinking alcohol an established habit that continues long after the course is over.
WHY DO THE A* SOBER PROGRAMME?
For five weeks (September Programme) or two weeks (March Programme) you will be living a healthier, alcohol-free life and simultaneously learning mind management tools that help develop not just your new sober life but also your self-awareness, self-esteem and self-validation. If you have always drunk alcohol, this is your chance to discover what it feels like to experience a clearer mind, more energy, better sleep, less anxiety, reduced depression, and connection with like-minded souls who are all travelling the same exciting path as you. And if you are already a non-drinker, the A* Sober Programme will provide you with an in-depth guide to further developing your sobriety, as well as the chance to bond with other people who choose to live life free from the constraints of alcohol.
WHAT IF I’M STILL DRINKING?
There is no requirement to have already stopped drinking when you begin the A* Sober Programme. There’s no judgement or prerequisites - merely an intention to cut out alcohol for the duration of the programme. Quitting drinking can be a twisty, turning road and there’s no single right way to do it. It took me years to get to a place where I was finally able to see that life was better for me without alcohol in it.
WHAT IF I FEEL SCARED?
If you’re feeling nervous about letting go of alcohol for the next few weeks then you’re most definitely not alone. Adopt a position of curiosity and don’t think beyond the length of the programme. How you feel at the end of the A* Sober Programme will be very different to how you feel today. Try to go into the programme with an open heart and mind, and see what happens. I’ve yet to meet a person who regrets their decision to quit drinking!

As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with the details of what to expect over the duration of the A* Sober Programme. A few weeks before the start date, you will receive all the dates of the Zoom meet-ups and access to the private FaceBook group, set up, especially for participants of the programme.
