Soberistas, celebrating its tenth birthday this year, began way back in 2012. We have always been very grateful to Alastair Campbell, one-time aide to Prime Minister Tony Blair, for helping us raise awareness of Soberistas in its infancy by publishing a blog I wrote about the new website on his own site. It was that original blog that kickstarted the public awareness of Soberistas and really got us on our way to becoming the amazing 70,000 plus online community that we are today.
Ten years on, and yesterday Alastair posted another blog that I wrote, which is an updated version of the original post - you can read it here to find out what I have learnt over the last decade about alcohol and its impact on our mental health...
