HOW DOES THE COACHING WORK?

All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom or FaceTime and I work as flexibly as possible to fit in with busy schedules. I work with clients from all over the world so don't worry if you are in a different timezone to me (UK). If you would like the additional email support & homework I offer after each session, just mention this when booking - many clients find this really helpful for referring back to post-session and cementing the techniques we have learnt along the way.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?
My proven process of behaviour change forms the structure for the coaching sessions. As a brief summary, here's what that looks like:
1. We address the fears and anxieties you might have that are preventing behaviour change from taking place.
2. We establish your motivators - what are your unique traits that we can tap into to help kickstart change?
3. We create measurable and manageable goals that are not overwhelming, and we work together on accountability to make sure you keep on hitting your targets.
4. We do a whole heap of work on self-compassion and identity to promote positivity and self-belief in staying on track.
5. And finally, you'll learn long-term strategies for sustainable behaviour change that feels easy and achievable .
